Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Paystack or Flutterwave.
KOOVVA does not store full payment card details.
Pricing and Commission
Vendors set their own prices unless otherwise governed by platform rules.
KOOVVA may apply commission or service fees on transactions as part of operating the marketplace.
Returns and Refunds
All return and refund requests are handled according to the KOOVVA Returns & Refund Policy.
KOOVVA acts as a mediator between buyers and vendors in resolving disputes.
Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors must not:
– Provide false or misleading information
– Sell prohibited or illegal products
– Engage in fraudulent transactions
– Interfere with platform operations or security
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Intellectual Property
All content on KOOVVA, including logos, design, and platform structure, is the property of KOOVVA and may not be used without permission.
Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant KOOVVA the right to display and promote it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
KOOVVA acts as a facilitator between buyers and vendors.
We are not liable for:
– Product quality issues
– Vendor misconduct
– Delivery delays caused by third parties
– Indirect or consequential losses
Our role is to provide a structured platform and assist in dispute resolution.
Account Suspension and Termination
KOOVVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
– Violates these terms
– Engages in suspicious or harmful activity
– Disrupts the integrity of the marketplace
Changes to Terms
KOOVVA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
